Terms of Service

By commissioning me you agree to these terms whether read or not.

General Rules

  • I won't do commissions for those under 15 without parental consent.

  • I won't do any sort of NSFW or lewds for those under 18.

  • Even if you bought the piece for me you are not allowed to remove my watermark or claim you made the art.

  • I will email you the hq images, please use the public file as this will prevent art thieves for both you and me.

  • I own full commercial rights to the art I created unless bought out or discussed.

  • The person may use the art for personal use, even as a tattoo at no extra cost but may not sell or profit off of reproductions of my art.

  • You are entitled to work-in-progresses, however, please limit interaction to every other day.

  • If you chargeback, I have the right to sell the art I made for you. I will re-purpose the art or slightly redesign the character and sell it as an adopt.

Refund Policy

  • I will issue a full refund if I have not started.

  • If a sketch is in the works or completed and you decide to cancel, I will refund 75% of the cost.

  • Refunds are not available if I started lining/coloring the piece, plenty of ample opportunity is made before this step to correct or change your mind.

  • I have the right to cancel the commission if you make me feel uncomfortable.

  • Refund rules still apply if I canceled the commission.

  • To re-iterate, if a chargeback is done I will repurpose the image or slightly redesign your character and sell it as an adopt.
